The Traceability
It’s the ability to detect the origin and follow the trail of a product along the stages of production, processing and distribution. It ensures a high level of protection of human health and consumers.
It is a legal requirement for food businesses in the states - members of the UE (Regulation of the European Parliament and Council No. 178/2002 of 28-01-2002).
The RFID technology
Systems that use radio signals to allow identification and automatic location of people and goods. At least, it is constituted by:
