In the food industry, RFID technology is revolutionizing the process of traceability of products. An RFID chip can track a product throughout its entire life cycle. The tracking of each product is complete, to the producer at the final consumer. The RFID is an essential tool to eliminate accidents or poisoning due to contamination in the food chain.
In this area, LogicPulse offers an integrated software and hardware that can manage all information related to the control of production / quality and meet the benchmarks adopted by the European Community (including HACCP).
Our solution consists of two main components: :

The Front-Office, where the application is supported by peripherals computers, Touchscreens, PDA's responsible for data handling and management in the production area.

The Back-Office which allows the setting, monitoring, and control of the company performance, contributing with vital information for the overall management process. The structural basis of the system is the use of fixed or mobile computers (e.g. : PDA), along the production chain. These computers monitor and communicate with sets of sensors, resulting in the ability to integrate:
